- 02Free estimateWe inspect it and quote — the estimate itself is always free, with no obligation.
- 03You confirmGo ahead and the inspection folds into the repair; decline and only a diagnostic fee applies.
- 04Repair & film testWork is carried out and the camera is run and filmed, so you can see it working.
- 05Back to youReturned with a warranty card and checklist — free within mainland UK on repairs over £200.

Services & pricing

| Full CLA | Strip, clean, re-lubricate and re-time the whole mechanism. The reset that most old cameras need. |
| Shutter service | Curtains, speeds and escapement set on the timer; capping and lag ruled out. |
| Meter & electronics | Cells and circuits tested under power; calibration where the design allows. |
| Optical clean | Elements separated, cleaned and reassembled; fungus and haze addressed where possible. |
| Seals & bellows | Light seals and, where needed, bellows replaced to stop leaks. |
| Cosmetic tidy | A sympathetic clean that respects the patina — never a fake refinish. |
No fixed price list. No two cameras arrive in the same state, so every job is quoted after a free inspection — you approve the number before any work begins.
